New Additions to the Fleet!
PCYF is pleased to announce the addition of 6 new US Sabots and 2 new FJ,s (Flying Junior) to the fleet of boats used in our instruction and racing programs. During the two week summer sailing sessions, each junior sailor is assigned his or her own boat for the day to rig, sail and learn in. The vast majority of juniors will sail a US Sabot a great choice for learning all aspects of sailing and boat handling. The FJs provide a great opportunity to practice double-handed sailing in a high school and collegiate level racer. These and other recent upgrades to our program will improve the overall quality and depth of the sailing experience for PCYF students.

On and off the water, the event was well run. With three fleets of junior sailors and variable weather, the race committee completed 15 races for each of A,B, and C fleet. Many students from PCYF participated in all three fleets and everyone had a great time.
